How do I place an order on theojewelry.com?
Ordering on theojewelry.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Bag” button to place it in your Shopping Bag.
Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment confirmation.

All creations on the website that feature an “Add to Bag” button on the product page are available for purchase online, subject to availability. How quickly will my Jewelry ship?
Some of our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 10-15 business days, however if you have a sense of urgency please reach out to us so that we may try to accommodate your request. In the case that your piece is in stock, it will ship out the next business day.

How do I know my sizes?
For assistance in ascertaining the correct chain length, bracelet or ring size, please check our sizing guide mentioned in each product on the website.

Does The O Jewelry offer Resizing?

I am unsure about my Ring Size, How do your Rings fit?
All of our rings fit true to Europe sizing. We recommend having yourself sized in person at a local Jewelry store, we also offer sizing services in Abu Dhabi.

Can a piece be Customized?
Yes. Whenever possible we are happy to offer customization. Some examples include engraving, ordering a different color metal (rose, yellow, or white gold) or changing the length of a chain. Some pieces are more challenging to customize but please reach out with any requests!

Can I get an item Engraved?
Engraving is available on certain creations. If you wish to have your O Jewelry bespoke to be engraved, please send an email to info@theojewelry.com or contact us on WhatsApp +971508004202

What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?
All the O Jewelry items are beautifully wrapped and delivered in the signature O Jewelry box. A classic gift wrapping with gift card is also available upon request.
For orders shipped via FedEx; the O Jewelry creation will also be carefully wrapped and placed in discreet protected packaging for delivery. The O Jewelry shopping bag along with Certificate is also enclosed with the package.

Returns & Exchanges
Since each and every piece of jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your piece please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to info@theojewelry.com.
